CENTRAL PARTY OF CANADA POLICIES
 
The Central Party of Canada takes a stand on any given issue is where the majority of Canadians stand conforming to the best interest of Canada and internationally, with a dynamic platform which will continually change as our democratic rights and responsibilities increase between elections.
 
The Central Party of Canada believes in:
 
1. PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY: Canadians have the ability and desire to decide important political issues in a dynamic fashion throughout a mandate of four years and beyond, using direct democracy, an improved system of voting, and "official" polls to convey their desires to their MP’s, as a continual improvement system to benefit all Canadians.
 
2. ACCOUNTABLE MEMBERS: Responsible MP's: An elected representative’s first responsibility should be to the people of his or her riding. An MP's foremost consideration should be what is best for their ridings and the country.
 
3. PUBLIC CHOICE:  Central Party of Canada prefers you to be involved in your government on an ongoing basis or choose to proxy your vote / polling rights to your MP at the beginning of a term if you have confidence and trust in your MP to do a good job in your best interest and that of your community or choose to refrain from the political process.
 
4. SENATE REFORM: The Central Party will initiate and encourage debate on Senate Reform followed up by a referendum for all Canadians to decide on this necessary reform to ensure equal representation across Canada. The Central Party will engage in dialogue with the provinces to have constitution amendments for senate reform.
 
5. FEDERALISM: Uphole the rights and authority of provincial and territorial governments to manage their regional governments within the framework of the Canadian Constitution in the their best interests and those of Canada.
 
 
6. REGULAR POLLING: Responsive government that listens to all its citizens throughout a term via regular polling that will be made public domain information, including any referendum results by ridings.
 
7.  GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY: Government must be held fiscally responsible and accountable to Canadians in a transparent fashion.
 
8.  SOVERIGNTY: Unfailing loyalty to the sovereignty of a united Canada,  its Constitution and bill of rights in a participatory democracy set in the framework that represents all Canadian citizens.
 
9. NATIONAL DIVERSITY: Strengthen national spirit, unity of all provinces, and people who share the concept of participatory democracy who hold dear all present rights and freedoms as well as the cultural diversity of Canada.
 
10.  LANGUAGE: English and French shall have equality status, rights and privilege for their use in all Government institutions
 
11. CULTURAL DIVERSITY: The central party promotes cultural diversity and participation in order to model the harmony of a multicultural and ethno cultural society.
 
12.  INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS: Freedom of all individuals, including freedom of speech, worship and assembly, within the framework of the rule of law.
 
13.  SOCIAL PROVISIONS: Compassion of all Canadians to have their government aid for those who require assistance that cannot otherwise provide for themselves, within the framework of the social safety net.
 
14.  CANADIAN DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL VALUES: Canadian domestic and international Democratic Values: Equality, Diversity, Freedom and Tolerance, Peace, Law and order, Social policy and individual rights are foundations of our system and will continuously be advocated as an important part of Canadian heritage.
 
15.  ENVIROMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: protection of the environment and to find the best methods of achieving this purpose through innovative technologies that are fiscally prudent.
 
16.  PUBLIC HEALTH: All Canadians must have access to a quality health care system regardless of financial status and ability.
 
17.  CITIZEN RESPONSITILITY: All citizens of Canada are primarily responsible for their own welfare, and their dependants.
 
18.  PRIVACY RIGHTS: Canadian Rights to the protection of privacy and security within the rule of law for all individuals nationally and internationally.
 
19.  OPEN ECOMOMY: All Canadians have the individual rights and freedom to pursue any legal and legitimate self-interest to their fullest possible achievement and to enjoy the results of their labors, to promote and flourish free market economic system that encourages the individual achievements of all citizens and the pursuit of excellence is their reward.
 
20.  TRADE  REGULATIONS:   Fairness for all sectors of our economy to compete in the global market, with emphasis on a level economic trading field that is constantly under scrutiny.
